I spearheaded requirements gathering and system design while developing core features like the resident data CRUD system using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL. The project was executed within a Scrum framework, ensuring iterative delivery and seamless team collaboration.

Built a Laravel-based financial dashboard to digitize boarding house operations, transitioning from manual Excel workflows to a centralized web system. As a Systems Analyst and Developer, I redesigned business processes and leveraged data visualization to provide real-time reporting, automated transaction tracking, and enhanced operational accuracy.
